The development D’alt Sa Rapita consists of individual villas built on plots ranging from 400 m2 to 650 m2, all built to the highest standards. New Phase II currently under construction (handover from May 2006) offers seven different villa types in Mediterranean styles and colouring, and four interior finishes (2 rustic and 2 modern). The square metres of the villas range from 131 m2 – 240 m2, with 2 to 4 bedrooms and 2 to 4 bathrooms.
